So I know there's plenty of ways of dealing with anti-evolutionists online, ranging from civil debate to shitslinging and outright trolling, but what if you meet an anti-evolutionist IRL? What do you do then? I've only met a few myself, and I encountered *most* of them, fortunately, in a setting where polite discussion was encouraged, or at least invited (my old Army chaplain, for example: he asked some questions about evolution, I answered them, we both stayed respectful and did not hold it against one another).

But what if you meet a hardcore anti-evolution person in your day to day life, at work, say, or at a friend's party, one who takes every opportunity to loudly and forcefully proclaim that evolution is a lie, and everyone who believes in evolution is a crazy godless idiot who will probably be shot by the NWO? How do you deal with them? Confront them, ignore them, what?

Only met one such creationist before, and after listening to her ranting for a bit I just quietly backed away and left. My thinking is if they're that far gone no amount of evidence you could present will sway them. For them to have any chance to consider evolution, they first must doubt their own philosophy. Only then could you try to present an alternative view. Sadly, that seed of doubt is usually something they have to stumble on themselves.

Hello, I'm from Alabama and I currently live in Florida. Around here, even people who believe animals evolved from other animals think God created humans in his image.

You would not believe the bullshit I had to endure as a kid at school because I believed in evolution. And I don't mean just from students. There were a couple of teachers who gave me shit about it.

There is absolutely no way to deal with them. Once they reach a certain age, their mind is set. There is no evidence strong enough to convince them otherwise. The best we can do is continue teaching evolution as fact in school and keep their bullshit beliefs from being taught in science classes as "alternative theories".
