If you check their channel, they have instructions on how to do quite a number of moves. Some of them are just plain dumb - the FU and the Stunner, for example, are pretty self-explanatory. Do you really need a guy to tell you "Do a Fireman's Carry"? But the Chokeslam, the Turnbuckle Flip, most of the submission moves, the fundamentals lessons, and the aerial spots are all well worth a watch.
