The bear was probably thinking the same thing.

Of the many things I expected, that was not one.
Ninja bear is still working on his timing.

It's all fun and games until someone gets skid marks on their furry bottom.

The bear too.

Great gopro ad.
He's not concerned about the cub. He's looking for mama.
Good call. Mountain biking does necessitate knowing a thing or two about wildlife. First and foremost that mama will ruin your ass.

That guy
Thanks Gmork- few people above you missed the obvious.

That's the very first thing I thought of as well. I don't blame him for crapping his pants, then panicking when he couldn't clock where the mom is.

It's a black bear. They don't get nearly as big as grizzlies. In other words, I don't think that's a cub... juvenile maybe, but definitely not the age that it's still being protected by its mother.

TheOtherCapnS is a bouncer.

Of bears.

Honey ain't sweet.

That guy
I'm not sure that's guaranteed, TheOtherCapnS. I did a little poking around/life wasting, and that one *might* be young enough to still be with its mother. They can hit 60-70 pounds and still be with her.

Robin Kestrel
It's like that one scene from Children of Men.
