So, as I understand it, not only did McTiernan claim the agent never identified themselves as such -- not only did the government fail to produce any evidence that such an utterance occurred -- not only did the government's star witness sign a statement that there was no evidence that the utterance was false -- but, apparently, after saying some shit about prosecutorial misconduct online, the government mysteriously quadrupled the charges against him.
