For all the shit that Lynch's Dune gets, did anyone actually watch the Jodorowsky doc? I'd like to imagine a world where that was the adaptation everyone complained about, because that's even less true to the source material than Lynch's. Personally I wouldn't mind if the New Twin Peaks finds the mayor of Portlandia returning to his old job as a special agent, and discovering that the town has been overtaken by hipsters and the Double R is now a Panera Bread next to a Jamba Juice. Damn good smoothies.

I wonder what the music is? Those synthetic pan pipe stabs date it as 1980s I reckon.

No card for "The Baron's Doctor" unfortunately but I do like "The Baron's Goo". Also there are some silly puns in part 2.

The most bizarre thing about the Dune movie to me was the way they misinterpreted "world's most popular science fiction novel" to mean "kid-friendly Star Wars killer". Nice work Dino.
