This kind of hateful speech should not be protected. Free speech should end where preaching eugenics and hitler-esque "solutions" begin.
No it shouldn't. *Killing* homos shoukd be where free speech ends - because that's not "speech", that's actually violence. As far as I'm concerned, you can say you'd like them dead all you want. You can certainly point that the Bible says they should be killed (because it does). You just can't kill them, at least not until you get enough idiots on your side that together you are able to subvert our basic guarantors of liberal rights - like the right to pursue happiness, or the right to free speech.
Take Gmork, for example. You know Gmork, right Gmork? The other day, Gmork said that black kids should be shot dead if they happened to be potential druggies. He's a big fan of eugenics and Hitler-esque solutions, that Gmork. So does that mean Gmork should not be allowed to speak? Does that mean that *we* should shoot Gmork, or at least send him to a camp, where he can be instructed on the proper way of behaving himself in society?
It's called "inciting violence", but that law only applies to leftist and populist movements....if you're right wing or religious, call for murder all you like!
It applies to whomever is currently "on the outs" with the power structure in question. It should not apply to anyone, and was concocted as a way to force a loophole in the First Amendment for whenever freedom of speech proved to be inconvenient for people.
Other good examples: SolRo saying that Tea Party Republicans like Gmork should be shot, CNN saying that ISIS should be bombed, Palestinian college professors calling for an end to Israel. All of these things could be argued to be "inciting violence", if one was so inclined ... with, I'd wager, predictably liberal responses from everyone in the middle or on the other side of the fence.
Personally, I think anyone who actually supports "inciting violence" loopholes - thereby implicitly sanctioning legalized violence against non-violent offenders - these people should be dragged out into the streets and shot, on the grounds that they are themselves inciting violence.
This is a legal gray area for a reason. But in short, the law can't act until after this actually incites violence.
This isn't just freedom of speech we're talking about, its also their religious freedom hate the homos.

Kill everyone. Burn it all down.

Kill all homos(apiens)

Wait wait wait. He says that killing all homosexuals would end AIDS but then he says that only 78 percent of AIDS patients are homosexuals! That doesn't add up!

Freedom of religion is a pain in the ass sometimes.
