Gator tastes like a fish/chicken hybrid. It is okay at first, but too much = ugh.

I don't eat meat anymore, but there used to be this place that had alligator fritters by my house and they were delicious. Now there's a place that has alligator sushi, and I might break my rule just to try it. I'm pretty loose about the veggie thing :)
