I do think the uploader is a bit of an idiot because they called the clip "Gumball is a fatass." If that's what they took away from the segment then maybe cartoons are too highbrow for them.
infinite zest Well, technically it's a "kids" show, and I believe it's the only one on CN's block that has a TVY7 rating instead of PG, so maybe it was just some kid.
Speaking of which, how is this a kids show? I mean I'm glad it is. I had Ren and Stimpy, but the parental guidelines people were all over that show, and for good reasons. And here, you have emo/goth girl who's already a ghost for SOME reason (if it explains why I haven't seen it), a Trainspotting-esque scene that includes assault on a police officer (who is a donut) and a casual reference to mantitties. And this isn't even one of the more questionable ones. Did the focus groups just see the cute cat/rabbit and his goldfish friend and just not watch the show?
Carrie (the ghost, full name Carrie Kreuger, go figure) was born a ghost. Her mom is a ghost, and her dad is a malevolent spirit who used to be a human (but who turned himself into a ghost when he met the mom).
infinite zest Yikes. My assumption was a little more morbid, that the emo girl took her own life, but that's still really messed up in a wonderful way.
Caminante Nocturno In one episode, they turn her father back into a living person. He promptly falls out of a window to his death, and turns into a normal ghost.
