I tried putting all of them in but it seems I hit the tag limit.

jreid - 2015-02-20
Oh wait, they're still tagged - just not showing on this page. If you look in the actual tag page the vid's there.

I grew up with this show and distinctly remember pissing myself as a 12 year old to this. Nothing SNL was doing was as bold or interesting in the 80's.

Except Eddie Murphy.

Same here. Santy Claus gave me a small TV for Christmas around the same time that some local station started airing SCTV in their 1am garbage slots. This show sculpted my sense of humor and my insomnia, and I am forever grateful.

Best show.

Big Secret: For about 25 years all SNL has done is steal shit from people they couldn't buy.

yogarfield - 2015-02-20
Hear, hear.

oddeye - 2015-02-20
It's not that funny to be honest.
Bort - 2015-02-20
Yeah, it works better with the celebrity impersonations. Martin Short even did Jerry Lewis on the first "Celebrity Jeopardy".

gmol - 2015-02-20
The characters are too close to reality. Makes me a little sad actually...

Seven Arts/H8 Red - 2015-02-20
It's technically not the original skit. It's the extension of High Q:

The High Q/Half Wits sketches should really be in a compilation, just to map Alex Trebel's gradual loss of composure.
