He posted in the WATMM thread that I found it in, he seems very nice and probably a bit autistic. Someone even compared him to Ulillillia before he showed up and it's not completely off base.

I didn't submit it because it doesn't have narration, but this video shows a lot more of the interface and it's beyond perplexing, sounds and sequences are organized as concentric squares somehow, it's just nuts. The tutorial on the web site is almost 50 pages long.
