Can those carts really go that fast?
They're being pulled along by cables for the test. The carts themselves can't go very fast, but a car running into them can.
Haha, what did they think would happen? Those things are built for comfort, not for speed (just like me baby.)
Just for background; this was crash tested because it is sold as a street legal vehicle, so it can be on the same roads as regular cars.
