Hahahaha. You can still have sex with prostitutes and then murder them to get your money back, right?

somedongus - 2015-04-16

The question is was this the last great U2 song? Or was there ever a great U2 song?

Needtodestroy - 2015-04-16

No this wasn't the last.
Yes there have been many.

infinite zest - 2015-04-17

Boy and War were pretty great albums, but those are the only two for me.

Lef - 2015-04-16

how long before you vomit?

If I didn't have responsibilities, I'd drop several thousand on a proper setup and puke until I overcame the motion sickness.

Needtodestroy - 2015-04-16

VorpX has led to me having a severe headache in the past because you have to hand configure everything. It's not an out of the box solution.

However it is just middleware and should be indicative of future VR experiences.

Don't buy cheap VR. It will hurt. Simulator sickness is a very real thing I've spent time researching.

Man I should buy this game just to show off my new gaming PC. It looks pretty nice graphically.

Needtodestroy - 2015-04-16

Within minutes of seeing a 'first-person mode' was coming I said "Someone is already working on a way to use the Rift with it." and so it is.

Color me impressed.

Why in god's name wouldn't you head immediately to a strip club for a first person lap dance?

Lef - 2015-04-16

you'll want to strap on the Samsung Apex for that.

Gmork - 2015-04-16

This game is fucking amazing on PC. My computer doesn't lose a frame either. I love you NVIDIA.

fluffy - 2015-04-16

So, I'm not that interested in this game per se, BUT I am interested in things like it on the Oculus with the hope that it'll help me to treat my anxiety, especially for driving.

spikestoyiu - 2015-04-17

It's a great game. Be interested in it.

TeenerTot - 2015-04-17

I wouldn't use a GTA game to ease driving anxiety, tho.

fluffy - 2015-04-17

Well see whenever I've played GTA with people I've always trolled the shit out of them by driving legally and safely and just watch everyone get really fucking upset about how I'm not "playing it right," these being the very same people who insist that GTA isn't a violent game it just lets players do violent things.

But I mean it might be like how I used karaoke to get over my stage fright for when I perform for real, because it's a situation where you can fuck up all you want and nobody gives a shit and that helps me perform my own music way better, and I can see the same thing happening where I'm in an environment where it's okay to ram your car into a semi truck and cause an explosion and so that might make it okay to drive for real where I don't want to do that.

Gmork - 2015-04-17

Technically you wont be attacked or harassed randomly in GTA (just stay away from gang neighborhoords, and don't bump into anyone). It's actually REALLY relaxing and soothing just driving around.

And it's totally cool to obey traffic laws. It's so uncommon in GTA that it becomes fun, seeing how long you can observe the rules before your desire to go faster causes you to run over a ped.

fluffy - 2015-04-17

The last GTA I played was III and no matter how legally I did everything the cops still got on my case. Just like real life when you're black, I guess.
