These aren't European-made, but a couple of them take place in foreign countries and have all the characters speaking the appropriate language without subtitles. The idea is to make cartoons that rely on setting and visual gags instead of dialog.

These are probably the funniest Mickey Mouse cartoons since the origi- nah, let's be honest, these are the first funny Mickey Mouse cartoons.

Actually, there were some pretty good ones from House of Mouse from about fifteen years ago but these really are gems.

I love how the modern concept of the ultra-retro character designs look nothing like the designs of the era they're imitating, and it ends up being something entirely new instead.
