The best thing about this is that the animation is on par with a lot of the original Felix the Cat cartoons and even some very early Disney stuff.

I looked this thing up out of curiosity, and apparently it was animated anonymously by three groups from three different studios, which almost certainly included some Disney animators. Read about it on Wikipedia.
