I think may have been better in gif form than anything else.

Reggie's puppet seems more Spitting Image than Muppet.
Caminante Nocturno - 2015-06-18
This reminds me of that time my friends and I turned into Team Rocket in the middle of a job fair.
EvilHomer - 2015-06-18
This reminds me of that comic where Starfox turns into a giant dinosaur penis and fucks a mountain. Only in this case, the mountain is us.

pics or it didn't happen.

EvilHomer - 2015-06-18
Caminante turning into Team Rocket, or Starfox turning into a dinosaur penis?

infinite zest - 2015-06-18
All of the above

Starfox comic was called "Lust Penis". Hilariously awful gay furry transformation mind-control rape comic, drawn entirely in MS Paint. Used to be popular on Something Awful, for obvious reasons. Here is a link (VERY VERY VERY NSFW):

I'm at work right now and I read the whole thing just now. I like raver roo's style.

Cute. I like how that Red Letter Media Jurassic Park 4 review and this made almost the exact same N64 joke. Sucks that my first thought was "Nintendo's still around?" though. Is Starfox really what they're going with? The first one was pretty awesome for its Super FX graphics, but that's about it. It's kind of the foundation of the "rail" criticism that so many games get now too. Starfox 64 was horrible, as was that attempt at turning it into a Mario 64. Basically Nintando's Shen Mue
Aelric - 2015-06-18
Funny you should mention Shenmue...

Starfox 64's single player was fun. Have no idea what you mean by "turning it into a Mario 64"--it's basically the same as the SNES game with a few levels allowing 360 degree flying.

Potrod - 2015-06-18
In fact I assume you're talking about Star Fox Adventures for Gamecube?

infinite zest - 2015-06-18
Yeah Starfox Adventures was what I was referring to, just couldn't remember the name. To be fair I didn't actually play it, but my roommate at the time rented it and it looked pretty generic at best.

infinite zest - 2015-06-18
And yeah SF 64 was kinda fun but it wasn't anything that great if I recall, just sort of another forgettable shooter with pretty (but again forgettable) graphics and characters, at least compared to Zelda, Mario, Sonic, Crash Bandicoot..

infinite zest - 2015-06-18
not to mention Colony Wars; I guess I should take back "was horrible" though, as all of wikipedia would disagree with me on that one.

StanleyPain - 2015-06-18
SF Adventures was originally supposed to be a totally stand alone, original game by Rare called "Dinosaur Planet" and then Nintendo basically made them shoehorn in a terrible Star Fox plot/characters because they were worried a new IP wouldn't sell or something.

Kabbage - 2015-06-18
Nothing will ever top the multiple endings to Star Fox Command. They are straight-up Star Fox fanfics made canon:

"One dark day Krystal makes a startling confession: "I'm sorry, Fox! I can't do this anymore. I'm going back to be with Panther and the rest of Star Wolf." Fox was overcome with grief and begged Krystal to stay... but her mind was set. Once again, Fox McCloud was forced to wander the world alone...and unloved."

"Eventually, the slings and arrows of the populace are too much to bear. They begin to hiss as she walks by, and name her traitor to her face. She is alone... and hated. She pulls away from Star Wolf and tries to find meaning in this new, cruel world. Haunted by her past, Krystal abandons her life and flees to a distant galaxy. Changing her name to Kursed, she survives by collecting bounties on the worst scum in the galaxy."

are my favorites.

Puppets aren't funny and neither is Avenue Q!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

transformation fetishists and neogaf both felt warm waves of rushing approval

also you have puppets and your "my body is ready" reference isn't someone putting a head on a torso from a freshly opened package, for shame

I always marked for Nintendo when I was a little kid, but they're clearly slipping and showing their age. While Nintendo was wasting their time on puppets and ancient barrel-roll memes, their Sega underlings went and did THIS:

Sega 1, Nintendo 0
Xenocide - 2015-06-18
Nintendo: Tired, boring barrel roll memes

Sega: Tired, boring Sonichu memes.

Wait so this is actually a Sega twitter? Because that's awesome if it is. They're paying attention!

infinite zest - 2015-06-19
I guess they don't have much else to do though, except kickstart Shen Mue 3..

EvilHomer - 2015-06-19
It's the official Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter account. Apparently they hired some new PR people a few months back. The new talent know their stuff.

Honestly, I would buy a Nintendo console if they made a Sonic and/or Pokemon game with Sonichu DLC.

infinite zest - 2015-06-19
They should! The Shen mue 3 thing is kind of like pityfucking your ex wife even though she cheated on you but now she really needs money.

BHWW - 2015-06-18
They do look vaguely menacing, going down a corridor side-by-side. All they need is to be bumping people aside for a shot on a level with, say, one of Monty Python's "gang swaggering down a street" shots.
