Aw...I feel bad for him and his family. Poor guy must have had problems if this drove him over the edge.
But more importantly, I want to check out the show on Netflix now.

infinite zest - 2015-06-30 Netflix isn't exactly a "return to television," you can watch it on a television but that's not going to make it any different than Pandora not being a radio station.
infinite zest - 2015-06-30 But yeah.. I don't really watch it but South Park does this every week. Almost every celebrity would be dead now if they had the same outlook on things.

EvilHomer - 2015-06-30 As for Netflix, it is very good. I've sort of run out of worthwhile shows to watch - I'm down to "Kevin Bacon: Netflix Cop" and "Game of Teenage Girls" at the moment - but for most people there will be enough worthwhile material to keep you entertained for months. It's better than Pandora, too, in that it has no ads and it does not force you to watch whatever it wants you to watch.
I have not seen "Kimmy Schmidt", and this recent endorsement isn't exactly getting me psyched up enough to do so now, but I appreciate the impact it's having on society.

infinite zest - 2015-06-30 EH I kinda liked House of Houses and the spinoff Orange House.. But my free month is just about up.

Let's hope so!

At last Martin Short has done something for society.
Just kidding. I like Martin Short.
EvilHomer - 2015-06-30 Who is Martin Short? Isn't he the guy from K-Pax?
TeenerTot - 2015-06-30 Martin Short is the guy whom Kathie Lee Gifford asked about his dead wife.
Also, he does the voice of The Cat in the Hat.
EvilHomer - 2015-06-30 Kathie Lee Gifford...?
I feel like such an old man. I have no idea who any of these new celebrities are.

infinite zest - 2015-06-30 You're thinking of Martin Sheen, or Martin Lawrence.
infinite zest - 2015-06-30 Aw.. Martin handles that like a boss tho. I hate when people ask me how my wife's doing or where's my wife; back in the day I didn't handle it very well but now I like to think I do.

Tina Fay needs more creative outlets.
Rodents of Unusual Size - 2015-06-30
I really hope Tina Fey doesn't get shit on by the media for this, she didn't do anything wrong and they are implying that she did something vindictive. It's a cute little comedy show and obviously this guy already had self esteem issues.
EvilHomer - 2015-06-30 No, Tina Fey is a murderer and she should be brought to justice.
chairsforcheap - 2015-06-30 this happened a while ago, i don't think there's been much backlash.
infinite zest - 2015-07-01 Nah.. It's kind of like me blaming myself for making a Robin Williams joke on here a day or so before his suicide. I mean, it's more likely that Brandt was aware of the show than Williams was aware of my post, but I still felt bad. Plus, I didn't say anything mean, and this doesn't look like a mean spirited parody either. I'll assume they wrote the character out of the show; if they didn't that's bad taste but no Tina Fey didn't murder anybody.
Yet.. !!!!!

No.
Next stupid question.

Old_Zircon - 2015-06-30
I find it hard to imagine a scenario where being a celebrity dermatologist WOULDN'T end in suicide.
Gmork - 2015-06-30
Martin Short movies can be depressing, yes... but suicide? Maybe it was just the straw that broke the camel's back.
