I've never been, save for the airport. I hear Hoboken is cool, but I doubt if I'll ever go. I lived with a guy who was pretty much a pro skateboarder (has his own youtube channel and everything) who lived somewhere in NJ and got utterly addicted to heroin. When he came back to live with me he'd just sit there and edit and re-edit the same old skateboarding videos from when I first met him. I mean, heroin's big on the west coast too but it kind of seemed to me that there's not much else to do there besides get fucked up one way or another.

also, i think only some of Tyrone's stuff is staged, like my mentioned 1:44, but the beauty shop looks real, and a lot of the stuff in the first looked real. The new's anchor segment looks very real. My vote is it's a little of both, but at the end of the day, if something in this disposable society can get a rise out of me, then it really doesn't matter.

Besides his old band, dude's a generally talented and smart guy, and he's not the first one to climb to relative fame using only a vine, but there's a difference between the stuff Eric Andre or Borat pulls and this, and tricking a news station into believing that you were shot could actually wind you up in jail, where there are no wives to fuck.
