I remember seeing this when it first aired and loving it.

I'm afraid to watch it again and have it disappoint me.

Anyone recall an anime-looking cartoon that aired on Nickelodeon around '88-'89. All I remember was one character looked like Dan from Xenogears, and there were 3 giant space ships that would touch bows to fire a death star super laser.
