Her groaning is a shouting to the Holy Trinity to have mercy with ALL His created beings
The Spirit of Jesus is telling in the Bible: nobody lives to himself alone and nobody dies to himself alone ... whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord - Romans 14:7-8.
So nobody is suffering for himself/herself. Of course the cow doesn't know that, but the Lord knows! The same counts for e.g. starving children.
Also the suffering of this cow points to the suffering of Jesus. And if we know, that also in our own suffering we are united with Jesus, than we will be delivered from our complaining.
Also cows are not holy
But cows are pure, because in the times before Christ they were allowed to be sacrificed to the Holy Trinity!
EvilHomer Not actually much of an uprising. The only cow that impressed me with its cleverness was the first one, and she only unlatched herself so that she could stick her head in a different neck trap, one closer to the food.
EvilHomer Probably some good social commentary in there.
