The artist explains his method after the song ends; 3:30, if you don't feel like sitting through the PMV.

EvilHomer - 2015-10-31

Oh, and stars for evil. How are you gonna make a PMV with nearly half your cast as crumby OCs?

Also, Sweetie Bell is the musically talented one; she should be the one signing, not AB.

Cena_mark - 2015-10-31

Hey AB can sing too you know.

EvilHomer - 2015-10-31

Only in the most rudimentary sense of the word. She can't carry a tune and has a voice like Joanna Newsom smoking four packs a day.

SB is the Michael Jackson pony; AB is Tito, at best.

Cena_mark - 2015-10-31

Scoots is the bad singer of the group.

Caminante Nocturno - 2015-10-31

We use our stomachs to digestia.

EvilHomer - 2015-10-31

Scootaloo sings just fine. Fact: the show's producers had to use Autotune for the CMC Song - not to make Scootaloo sound better, but to make Scootaloo sound *worse*.

Also, Scoots is by far the best dancer, so she'd be the second choice for Michael Jackson. Any way you look at it, AB is dead last.

EvilHomer - 2015-10-31

Speaking of dancing: lol at AJ dancing to dubstep. And with her girlfriend, Rarity, too I see!

EvilHomer - 2015-10-31

On to the next order of business; Cena and Caminante (and other Cool People who might stumble upon this submission), have you guys seen the Sonichu Halloween minisode yet? This Halloween, the Sonichu family is dressed as Ponies!

It's funny, because I was actually thinking of contacting Chris and commissioning a drawing of my CWCville-fandom OC, Rainbowchu. (she is a lesbian Rosechu who evolved into a Flying Electric Rainbow type after getting hit by Dashie's Sonic Rainboom)

Crunchy Frog - 2015-10-31

If you want to make a bad music video of your OC dancing with Sweetie Belle, you need to convince Claire Corlett, Sweetie Belle's voice actress, to record a cover of some 80's pop song with you. Just like Black Gryph0n got Michelle Creber to make this version of Beat It with him.

As a general rule, Autotune pushes any singer, good or bad, in the direction of mediocre.

Also, those horrible googly eyes sloppily glued to everypony's face! That sort of thing would haunt me, if not for the fact that the video is utterly forgettable.

Cena_mark - 2015-10-31

HA HA. See that Homer, that's why they got Apple Bloom, cause she can sing and her voice actor actually hooked the fandom up.

EvilHomer - 2015-11-01

Look, you guys can wriggle all you want, you cannot escape the iron grip of logic and facts. Sweetie Belle's talent is singing, Scootaloo's talent is dancing, Apple Bloom's talent is manual labor. Michael Jackson was known for his immense talent at singing and dancing. Michael Jackson was NOT known for his talent at performing manual labor.

If you want a pony to hammer together a backdrop for a music video, call on Apple Bloom. If you want a pony to star in that music video, get Sweetie or Scoots.

Cena_mark - 2015-11-01

Like her sister she's multi-talented. AJ is more than just an apple farmer. She's an athlete, a musician, a fine cook, and she is a hero. Apple Bloom like her sister can sing and dance. She's more than just a set designer.

EvilHomer - 2015-11-01

Sorry, Cena. The Wiki says you're wrong.

No mention of music or cooking or even athletics (beyond the basic level of athleticism enjoyed by ALL Earth Ponies; who, as beasts of the field, are genetically inclined towards physical pursuits). Like AJ, AB's talent is the ability to perform unskilled manual labor.

Hooker - 2015-10-31

Five stars for the "bad" tag alone.

urbanelf - 2015-10-31

*watches 10 seconds*

... no.

Meerkat - 2015-10-31

10 seconds you will never get back.

Old_Zircon - 2015-10-31

Evilhomer is right, skip to 3:30, it's like a case study in the whole "never offend anyone, everyone is special, we are all stars" epidemic that's been keeping people preoccupied with fighting over pronouns and ethics in gaming journalism while a handful of billionaires fuck the next few generations of human kind in the ass with a cactus. Without lube.

Cena_mark - 2015-11-01

He didn't use my OC, and it's HIS fault. That motherfucker!

EvilHomer - 2015-11-01

His preemptive community apology takes up like half the damn video.

Who's your OC, Cena? I don't think you've ever revealed yours publicly.

Cena_mark - 2015-11-01

I've never made one. I just find it hilarious how he tries to maintain that all OC's are equally important to the fandom, whereas the ones in the video I've seen before and can assume they are part of the fandom's elite.

themilkshark - 2015-10-31

Fuck MLP.

Bronies are scum

Cena_mark - 2015-11-01

Please explain what you find wrong with people enjoying a cartoon.

EvilHomer - 2015-11-01

Obviously themilkshark is a clopper, because why else would he want to fuck MLP?

Boomer The Dog - 2015-11-05

Funny guys, thought, shouldn't Clopper be capitalized? I read that somewhere else, but then off of Pony sites, it's probably better to keep it non-capped, so as not to draw undue attention toward the word.

Boomer The Dog - 2015-10-31

Colorful, reminds me of Powerpuff Girls a good bit, I didn't exactly mind it.

infinite zest - 2015-10-31

Yeah.. new MLP seems very influenced by Craig McCracken as well as John K. Certain people on here (cough Evilhomer & Cena Mark cough) could probably give more insight into it than I do, since I don't watch it, but the show's full of color and the music's really good.

Crunchy Frog - 2015-10-31

Lauren Faust, the creator of the new MLP, is married to Craig McCracken. Also, she directed a few episodes of Powerpuff Girls.

Cena_mark - 2015-10-31

Yup it's awesome. Apples rule.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2015-10-31

What a coincidence. This appears on the frontpage along with Subway Jared's audio recordings.

dairyqueenlatifah - 2015-11-01

Ah, they included a fluffy pony.

Google that shit for some true unfiltered internet horror.

BHWW - 2015-11-01

"Horrifying concept, horrifying execution" can apply to a lot of these brony pop-culture mashups they are seemingly obsessed with producing.

Gmork - 2015-11-01

Cena_mark - 2015-11-02

One more observation. I'm not sure if the fedoras are a tribute to Michael Jackson or part of the OCs.

dairyqueenlatifah - 2015-11-02

Or the fact that a lot of bronies just seem to like fedoras in general.

Caminante Nocturno - 2015-11-02

God damn it, I distinctly remember a time when fedoras were generally acceptable.
