That's awesome! One of the houses' binders was falling apart so I brought in my old Lisa Frank Trapper Keeper (yes, my mom got me one in 3rd grade) which is in perfect condition and put all the medical/shift/etc. records in there. I mostly did it out of defiance because I have continually told my staff to clean it, which is how it broke in the first place, and for the office to get us a new one, which never happened. I thought I'd get in trouble but nope! Two months and it's still there.
I wonder how ashamed I should be that, rather than having an adult-grade filing system, I use a Trapper Keeper with folders for current bills, Q1 / Q2 / Q3 / Q4, side projects like schematics of things I've built, and of course the pencil pocket for my checkbook and sparkly magic markers. It's somewhere between diabolically well-organized and sad lonely nerd.
