I don't think it was. The reaction was too genuine for it to be fake. No one would risk that for real.

But why was it being filmed?

People have cameras every where and shit gets caught. I'm sure the videographer was a tourist who wanted to show his friends how crazy the trains are in the land he was visiting.

I don't know, my money's still on prosthetic.

I'm equally happy with it either way though.
