Daniel Kleinman is definitely the spiritual inheritor of Maurice Binder. I was really glad they brought him back to do Skyfall and Spectre.

The brosnan films did have the best openings.

Am I the only one that thinks the theme to Spectre was horrid?

Let's be honest: this was as tasteful as Hollywood was ever going to get about the collapse of the USSR.
Tune was written by Bono, apparently.

I'm not ashamed to admit this was my favorite Bond movie of all time.
But I will admit that the other Brosnan films were some of the worst Bond movies of all time.

Two Jar Slave - 2016-03-06 The movie holds up. It's also one of the few Bond films where the love interest and villain are introduced with subplots and motivations of their own, which I think adds a bit of staying power. Same as Casino Royale, the only Craig film I've watched twice. It's definitely not complex or heady, and is really just silly for the most part, but something interesting is always developing onscreen.

I forgot how long Judy Dench was in these things.

Can't believe Joe Don Baker could still get work at this late of a date.

memedumpster - 2016-03-07 Agent Wade is awesome, I can't believe they replaced JDB in the Craig films with that guy who no one remembers playing a new and unnecessary character when a legacy character was available.
I do like they got the guy from Manchurian Candidate to be Felix Leitner though, Felix's character has a long history of many actors in Bond, and it is a shame Agent Wade was not so cherished and brought forward.
