I've long suspected that Christine is harboring some deep-seated resentment against Bob, specifically as a result of his (evidently futile) attempts to keep Chris straight.

Christine is obviously becoming more comfortable in her True and Honest identify as a lesbian dickgirl (at one point in this commentary, she even contradicts some previous homophobic remarks in a very frank and accepting manner). Also, in light of Barb's recent financial collapse (the bank sued her earlier this month), Christine has well and truly become the man of the house (in a manner of speaking). I suspect that these two factors are going to lead Christine to strongly assert her independence from Bob.
