I was fortunate enough to click randomly at 9:35. 5 seconds, 5 stars.
I clicked randomly just before 15:40.

this anime is good anime

Oh my..

41:30 gets the stars
Chief animation director was Hiroshi Sasagawa, director of the original MACH GO GO GO! a.k.a. SPEED RACER and character designs by Katsumi Hashimoto, who was one of the animation directors for KYATTO-NINDEN TEYANDEE a.k.a. SAMURAI PIZZA CATS.

Also the girl is voiced by Miina Tominaga, perhaps best known in the west as Noa Izumi from MOBILE POLICE PATLABOR or mabe Karin Aoi from D.N.A.^2.

The dog himself is voiced by Jimmy Ohashi, who seems to be a Japanese comedian and not someone who usually voices anime.

I guess the main joke of this is that Rin Tin Tin is pronounced in Japanese as "Rin Chin Chin" and "Chin Chin" is also slang for "penis".
Correction, Jimmy Onishi, not "Ohashi".

Maggot Brain
Dog shaped penis
Actress sexually harassed
Wonderful satire
15:40 is amazing.
This video is the dog's bollocks
The only way it would be better is if you had submitted it.

The top search hit for this series is the Anime Bath Scene Wiki, which is always a good sign.

That poor, poor girl.
This is the best kind of video because you can click to any random spot and be guaranteed to see something ludicrous.
Gamara II
I like how resigned everybody in this kafkaesque cartoon world is. Like their advice is mostly, "well... you might as well just let it happen. After all this dog isn't going to give up! lol!" Also I wonder who the intended audience for this was.
Boomer The Dog
I've never seen anything like this before, but it explores Human Dog relationship. I'm no big anime viewer though. I wonder if it will turn out to be a cautionary tale for young people? I'm thinking kind of like the tales of big bad wolves are. I've just watched 5 minutes of it. Rin Tin Tin has expressive people type eyes too, he looks rather manly.. :)

Marrying a Dog, that hit me when the other girl said it, that's what I had dreamed of doing at one time. My parents had me cornered in a conversation about family at one time, not that I was being hounded exactly, but we were all in the living room and they were both talking to me about it. They were saying, 'One day you'll grow up and have a family too, and get married' and I barked, "I wanna marry a Dalmatian" and my mom rolled her eyes.. :)

I'd place this when I was 12 or 13, because I was head over heels for 101 Dalmatians right then, seeing the movie, reading the Dodie Smith book, and liked the family that Pongo and Perdita had and the romance between the Pongos. Perdita was named Missus in the book.
