"I brought lots of jobs to the state!"

"Are they good jobs?"

"There are so many jobs."

"Are they full time? Part time? Minimum wage? Do they come with paid leave or retirement plans?"

"Lots of people have these jobs."

"Are they seasonal? Do they employ local residents or migrant workers?"

"IT'S A LOT OF JOBS!"

TeenerTot - 2016-04-12

Meanwhile, his PAC has enough money to start attacking individual citizens.

baleen - 2016-04-14

If it wasn't for TARP Florida would be bankrupt.

15th - 2016-04-12

Surfing the Internet? Drinking lattes?! Wouldn't pray to flag?!!!!!!

Old_Zircon - 2016-04-12

As a New Englander I can testify that the whole "Latte Liberal" meme has some basis in reality, but this is not what one looks like. If nothing else, she's proactively discussing class.

Ocyrus - 2016-04-12

As an Ivy League-educated New Yorker, I agree. Real Latte Liberals don't sit at some cheap ass coffee shop surfing free wifi. She's obviously a struggling woman who needs the free wifi.

Old_Zircon - 2016-04-12

Someone who used to work in politics and is a self described anarchist? She's probably looking for work and/or freelancing (which from a workers' rights standpoint is on par with working in a mine in 1890, although obviously it's much safer).

SolRo - 2016-04-12

pay isn't as good though.

Xenocide - 2016-04-12

"Don't trust her! She's a former government official!"
-Rick Scott, Current Government Official

Old_Zircon - 2016-04-12

The person who is the most suspicious of government of anyone I've ever known is a retired government official (state secretary of treasury for a term or two, years before I met him) and current lobbyist. To hear him tell it, no government has ever told anyone anywhere the truth about anything.

OxygenThief - 2016-04-12

When a career politician says that government is the problem what they mean is since they have been elected, government has been a problem.

Raggamuffin - 2016-04-12

Yes, and Rick Scott is not to be trusted. QED.

Old_Zircon - 2016-04-12

I think in this guy's case it has more to do with the ordeal of being a gay, black leftist holding office in the late 90s in one of the more notoriously corrupt state governments in the USA.

Oscar Wildcat - 2016-04-12

Sounds like a wise old queen; I'd pay him some heed. Local politics is a cesspool of corruption.

Old_Zircon - 2016-04-12

He's one of the better people I've met in a while.

Killer Joe - 2016-04-12

"But never mind those ad homenim attack we just made..."
"Everyone except welfare-wantin' commie faggots..."
What a shitheel. Florida deserves everything it gets.

Killer Joe - 2016-04-12

He also bravely disabled comments.

That guy - 2016-04-15

Did you REALLY expect them to enable comments??

chumbucket - 2016-04-12

Quirky fun background music makes her arguments silly and pointless, but enough about that.

MacGyver Style Bomb - 2016-04-12

Florida man buys television advertising space to get back at woman he upset at Starbucks.

Mr. Purple Cat Esq. - 2016-04-12

Reminds me of Monty Burns. Someone made me uncomfortable / hurt my feelings - Have a team research their past and run an attack ad on them.
Way to show that random crazy person (or maybe just decent normal person, not enough info)

Also your pledge of allegiance is totally fucked. I thought ye had separation of church and state, thats like the state *is* the religion.

Old_Zircon - 2016-04-12

"Under God" isn't canon, it was added in 1954, two years before "In God We Trust" was made the official national motto and the project to make the USA a literal theocracy got truly underway.

Mr. Purple Cat Esq. - 2016-04-12

Well I cant talk on that front. The Irish constitution was written by a crazy poet and is actually crazy and quite religious.

Jeriko-1 - 2016-04-12

Remember when Bugs Bunny sawed off Florida and let it float away?

Old_Zircon - 2016-04-12

Florida is currently tied with New York for number of electoral votes. Florida gained two this cycle and New York lost two. While I think that New York wields far too much political power, the last place I want to see it shifting to is Florida, Miami bass notwithstanding.

Enjoy - 2016-04-12

Love this. I am SO on board with Trump. He started this anti-bully backlash and I'm cheering it on.

Alos, I love Milo Yiannopoulos. I'm in love with a gay man.

Enjoy - 2016-04-12

Also, as an observer of Brino for the past decade, I find Brino to be one of the most anti-bully champions out there so I'm assuming you like this video as much as I do.

Nominal - 2016-04-13

He would shoot up a school to stop bullying.

Old_Zircon - 2016-04-13

Brino sounds like something the Three Stooges would sell door to door.

Binro the Heretic - 2016-04-13

Popular cleaning product or patent medicine?

memedumpster - 2016-04-13

"If you buy two bottles it can be one of each!"
"How do you tell 'em apart?"
"By whether the floor's dirty or you have a cough."

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2016-04-15

REAL liberals prefer a macchiato..
