Sure, the "Red Burrito" is a quasi separate restaurant that is inside many Hardees with basic mexican fare. In Carls' Jr its called Green Burrito. Its like when you see a Taco Bell and a KFC in the same building, same parent company, different branding and menu.

Interesting! I lived in the Midwest for almost 9 years so there were Hardee's everywhere but never a Burrito attachment. Also I remember Hardee's having an entirely different menu than Carl's Jr but they're always advertised together. Strange days..

Worse still, Steiner didn't even have the decency to jump ship and join the winning team until well after the S.S. WCW had sunk! I'll be the first to admit that not all WCW wrestlers were crap - the good ones, like Jericho, all signed on to the WWE at the height of the Attitude Era. But Steiner? Steiner didn't qualify for the height of the Attitude Era. Hell, he didn't even qualify for the Invasion, when most of the remaining WCW wrestlers were forced to join Vince's unstoppable brand. Steiner was a farm-team, year-late, third-round draft, and THEN he couldn't hack it in the Big Boy leagues for more than a year or two.

I guarantee you, if The Rock had witnessed an attempted murder, local newscasters would know who the hell he is.

Depends on the context. In this story Scott's past as a wrestler is not important, just his owning of the Shoneys.

What's important is his witnessing of an attempted murder. Unless the attempted murder took place at, or because of, Mr Steiner's Shoney's, his restaurateuring is no more relevant than his wrestling.

It's relevant cause he owns a nearby restaurant. That's what makes him part of the community.

He's obviously not been a very important part of the community, because otherwise they would have have known who he is.

For example: near where I live, Henry Hill (the mafia guy the movie "Goodfellas" was based on) opened his own restaurant. Everyone knew who he was. We didn't think, oh, he's a man who owns a restaurant. We thought, that's the mafia guy who got thrown out of witness protection and whored himself out to Hollywood. You know why? Because he was important, because his previous professional career mattered to people.

Also, wrestling would be super-important when it comes to witnessing an attempted murder! As a wrestler, he would have been an expert on attempted murder - what it looks like, how to survive it, how to do it. He could have also intervened, pulled a Frankenstein on the assailant - only apparently he's too old and fat now. What good is Scott Steiner to his community if he can't even fight bad guys with his signature move?

If I had to guess which restaurant franchise Scott Steiner would own, Shoney's would be pretty close to the top of the list.
