3 bedrooms in 750 square feet?
My parents' house is about 800 square feet and it's almost twice the size of this one. The ceilings must be like 7 feet high, and they're DEFINITELY counting the attic/crawlspace.
And the same thing goes for over a million in Vancouver.

If you go on Zillow and look up the other houses around this one, they all sold to their current owners for 00 to 00 at asking prices of ,000 to ,000.
Just how bad must a neighborhood be where three bedroom houses sell for less than mildly shitty used cars do, I wonder.
Really bad. I've met up to buy some music equipment in a Flint neighborhood similar to this. The owner said "it's not bad, just politely tell them you don't want drugs and roll through stop signs." He mentioned his outdoor hot tub (imagine) was shot a couple days ago. Flint is a sad, dangerous disaster.
It has a weird rural-city-mad max vibe. Hipsters aren't opening up tapa restaurants there anytime soon.
Actually, it was probably a shittier neighborhood, because it had dirt roads and open fields.

Trying to hide the fact that it's a false front like a classic western movie.
