This. Black people are way down the list of people Asians hate. They hate each other far more than they hate everyone else combined, and every time they've attempted to commit genocide it was always upon other groups of Asians.
Actually, I noticed that they chose based on facial structure - they basically only air black people that look like they're from an overtly racist anime.
Kind of like how they portray all white people as having beards and long hair, or short cropped hair and a big moustache. They absolutely have to fit into some kind of physical archetype to be considered.
