Assuming this site isn't satire, Wizards of the Coast licensed a Mormon D&D for the LDS church.

Oh, come on, guys. "Dragonlance" was created by Tracy Hickman, a Mormon writer and activist.

I'm not even a nerd, and I know this!

Stars for leading me down a rabbit hole of googling Mormonism and discovering that Mormon theology's explanation of sin is essentially the same as some of the underlying premises of the Matrix films. I mean, REALLY close to the point where it makes me half seriously wonder if the Wachowskis secretly come from a Mormon background.

Not sure if they had a Mormon upbringing, but the Wachowskis are now transwomen.

You may already know this, OZ, but the "Kobol religion" from Battlestar Galactica is based heavily on the inner teachings of Mormonism, and the entire final act of the New Series, which many viewers didn't understand and hated, is esentially a Mormon Space-Jesus allegory.

@14:32 - Michelle Trachtenberg + obligatory jiggle physics.
Recently watched this myself. The combination of animation styles is really jarring, and the CGI looks 15 years old for 2008. Kiefer Sutherland voices the mage, for some reason.
