Sadly this is a not the intro to a real cartoon. It's just something the artist animated for the fun of it. You can click through to read the plot summary.

But it freaking should be a real show. You could have picked this up, Nickelodeon. You could have saved us. But no. Instead you spent $100 million animating that TV movie where the Rugrats are all 46 years old and and keep divorcing each other. In fairness I haven't really paid attention to Nickelodeon lately but that seems like something they'd do.

Was gonna one star this because, well, it represents everything I hate about quite a few subjects, but then I realized what a wonderful rating system we have. Five for evil!
