With all the cabbage, ginger and garlic she's got going in there wafting through the house and neighborhood she probably woke up the dead pets buried out back.

It isn't the WORST recipe. I mean, other than the heavy whipping cream in the eggs and sprinkling sugar on it, using ground turkey with olive oil for the meat is a pretty good choice. I think she's trying to make some healthy choices, and hell... she's cooking for herself, which is A LOT better than 90% of the morbidly obese Americans out there. I applaud her for her efforts.
