Granted, that course description is so thick with Humanities Speak that I can barely parse it. The only way I can find my way to something like your interpretation is by inferring both that (a) they are implying that Abrahamaic religions always push such racial theories, and (b) they will conclude that the answer to the question "Is God a White Supremacist?" is yes.

What I read instead is that the class will examine ways in which religion has been exploited as an oppressive tool of racial identity. Certainly that happens: KKK is the obvious choice already stated. But Abrahamaic religious texts are full of (sanguineous or doctrinal) chauvinism ["I know we are the chosen people, but once in a while, maybe you could choose someone else?"], and I don't suppose that you oppose that being examined.

Of course the simple answer is "no," if the Unitarian counterexample is admitted. (Why do they have to tolerate such a course? Free speech, obviously.) College course descriptions are sensationalized sell jobs designed to keep adjunct professors working. I imagine that on the first day of class, before they listen to their professor read their syllabus to them, the students watch the professor draw some Venn diagrams and explain that they are addressing particular movements. Nothing to see here.
