GG Allin was doing all this before it was cool.
So, to be clear, Aslan has spent years declaring that anyone critical of Islam who examines the massive problems with its fundamental texts is an "Islamophobe" but now has a TV show where he routinely criticizes and subtly mocks the fundamentalism of other religions that are not Islam. As if he wasn't already a piece of shit, he is now *more* a piece of shit!
I see where this is going for him; see..if he does a whole TV series pointing out the lunacy of other religions and cults, now he can say "Uh but...but....ALL religions have crazy people, so when you point out that Muslims are by far one of the world's biggest threats to democracy, i can say: BUT...BUT...BUT....."
I must say, though, it is delicious schadenfreude seeing the regressive left, who previously sucked on Aslan's cock every chance they got, now suddenly eating their own because "Oh my gosh..if he points out Hindus can be batshit crazy too, then PEOPLE WILL BE PREJUDICE AGAINST HINDUS!" Fucking ridiculous.
Oh hay, our resident conservative fucktards are acting like they know anything about the world outside of what they picked up from neo Nazi blogs and chain letter emails.
Iran: Almost democratically secularized, until CIA.
Afghanistan: Almost democratically secularized, until CIA.
Iraq: Saddam's terrible, but still ran a more secular gov't than any of the Saudi-led states. Took a while to overthrow him.
Syria: Wonder what we're trying to accomplish over there? Could it have anything to do with that Qatari natural gas pipeline, or just overthrowing the most democratic Islamic-majority country left in the region?
Those are the big ones. Then look at our "allies" in the region and all the military aid that goes into propping up autocracies. The closest thing to a democracy that the US allows to exist in the Middle East is the militaristic apartheid state Israel.
No, Reza. We said get a brain, not eat one.

That's a great way to pick up a prion disease.
Binro the Heretic
Nearly exterminated a tribe in Papua, New Guinea.
They would eat their deceased loved ones, partly out of respect and partly so they wouldn't be haunted by their ghosts. The people who ate the brains developed spongiform encephalitis. Complex proteins made their way into their brains and started using the brains' own proteins to replicate itself, leaving little cavities in the brain, like a sponge.
Victims first developed neural problems then eventually died. The dead were eaten and the cycle repeated.
Prions are one of the scariest things I've ever read about.
