Not too much has been going on beyond the usual begging, followed immediately by a Family Guy-style cutaway to Chris buying a mountain of Optimus Prime dildos. He's also making a lot of death threats to the President and getting mad at his half brother for not showering him with riches. So this isn't really from any saga so much as it is just Chris doing some freelance weirdoing.

He has a half brother? Yeesh, that poor guy.

He's got two half brothers and a half sister, if I'm not mistaken. They're all decades older than him.

Chris' brother is the relatively well-adjysted New York film critic Cole Smithey. Apparently he's kind of a douche, but given that he was raised by Barbara Chandler (and provided some terrifying normal-person insight into just how fucked up Chris' mom is), it's miraculous he's "only" a douche.

Although Chris has known about Cole his whole life, recently Chris has been talking about him more often, as he's under the impression that Cole is literally a millionaire who lives in Carnegie Hall who is selfishly refusing to hand Chris piles of money forever and ever (see artist's rendition)
