I'm surprised I haven't heard of this, since I'm pretty much addicted to 60 Days In and I probably know A&Es show lineup more than any other channel. Hulu's got Hoarders on it, which I was initially excited for, but goddamn that's some depressing stuff, like take Masaokis' life and incorporate concerned family members yelling at him until he breaks down and cries.. it's hard to watch. But this sounds more like quirks and ocd behavior that we all exhibit in one form or another, just magnified with a 10000x lens
What I've never understood about these shows (esp. Hoarders), is they never talk about prescribing anxiety medicine. I guess they do off camera? I don't know.
But I do know from experience that when you have a serious problem, that is hurting your life, temporarily taking a pill can be a life saver.
