I watched the endearing tale of a pet whom, knowing how much it's owner cared for it, wanted to immediately introduce it's young to such a wonderful being.
Then you fuckers reminded me that it's a dumb rodent working off of crude instinct and can't tell the difference between it's own children and chubby fingers. And I'm the one already named after animals being fucking stupid.
Ferrets are not rodents, they are mustelids. And they are incredibly clever. One of mine even had a wicked sense of humour and loved tormenting my mom for some reason.
My mom would stick her finger in the cage to pet her and she would grab her by the fingertip and maneuver her finger back out of the cage. Basically the exact opposite of this video only directly attributable to intelligence.
