People who ate stuffed crust pizza backwards are full of shit. The iidea is that it's like a mozzarella stick that you would normally dip into marinara or ranch or something. No evidence and little clean-up. If you eat the crust first then you're left manhandling the flimsy crustless part of an already-flimsy pizza.
