Vicious Mr. Show has really good commentary tracks.
CornOnTheCabre yeah, it really depends. I liked the Arrested Development ones, because it sort of gave the sense that the cast was also incredibly dysfunctional (there's a weird sense of condescension towards Jessica Walter, Will Arnett kind of sounds like an egomaniac jerk, Michael Cera is Michael Cera, etc...), although that probably wasn't actually the case, it at least gave off an impression worth watching.
