Awww man it's a dupe. That search function is screwy I typed "danger bay" before I submitted.
Use the Google custom search, it catches dupes that our sinking ship can't.

This show was about a completely safe and uneventful community which was given a foreboding name as part of a real estate scam. No danger is ever encountered in Danger Bay. The show is remembered for its most thrilling episode, in which Doc worries he might have overpaid his taxes but then it turns out he didn't.
At 0:09 we see Doc and a friend mimicking their favorite WWF match while standing in a lagoon. Doc often turned to water-based pro wrestling reenactments to ease the tedium of living in Danger Bay, the single most boring place on Earth.

shows like this drove every Canadian to get cable tv.
if only Adam Scott had recreated this opening.
