I think what our friend SolRo is trying to say, in his own special way, is that we, the partakers of [insert video week name here] have a certain responsibility to ensure that submissions to [insert video week name here] and/or ratings and discussions of [insert video week name here] do not continue past their allotted 168 hours for even a minute, nay, a second!

Hence the pithy 'week' comment (accompanied by the single star), to remind us in the most subtle and gentlemanly way possible that [insert video week name here] has reached its expiration point (or, daresay, gone BEYOND said point) and all subsequent discussion, ratings, commentary , and submission of said [insert video week name here] must cease and desist immediately.

This is, of course, only merest conjecture on my part.
