My dad taught me this rule when I was a wee exy. It is pretty much my fondest memory of my dad.

The "multiples of 9 add up to 9" rule is probably the single lesson I've learned from Square One Television that's stuck with me the longest.

I wish the lines for 18 through 45 hadn't flipped the numbers around but Reg was probably just repeating what the script said. Maybe the song writer thought that the higher numeral should always be read first even if it was in the ones slot and not the tens slot.

For me, it was 'odd plus odd equals even, even plus ever equals ever, odd plus even equals odd'. Another of the great mathematical 'did I fuck up' tests.

This is one of the most amazing music videos that I have ever seen. I credit this video and the concepts behind it with me passing pre-calc / trig and really 'getting' numbers and math.

No, seriously, this helped me understand numbers ad maths.

IT ALWAYS WORKS!
