I remember the cat's head popping out of that guy's fly from when this first aired.

This is up there with the Coneheads cartoon when it comes to the "slow-moving, laugh-tracked cartoons that take place in a trash pile".

I liked this as a kid & I still like it. Carlton was an old-school slacker.
