The inside looks pretty amazing tho. I suppose u'd eat the inside and leave the crust, which does seem pretty wasteful considering it is made from pasta.
Well, they're mostly in the bowl when you bake it, so only the ones on top (bottom) would be crispy.
Add cheese between noodles and pastry.
then batter and deep fry it!
This is clearly something made by Mormons, for Mormons. Those without the Fire in the Belly could not eat this.
