Smitty - 2018-08-28 Mike Patton's other band at the time, Mr. Bungle, did all kinds of audience trolling/torture. They would perform John Cage's 4'33'' (4 and a half minutes of silence) On one show they opened with the Welcome Back Kotter theme and then said the show was canceled, left the stage, then came back out and played the theme again in Spanish and continued the show. In the middle of a set of loud funk metal, they'd frustrate the audience with The Yardbird Suite or Chet Baker's soft, melancholy rendition of The Thrill is Gone. Faith No More wasn't known for this kind of wackiness, so I'm surprised to see this.
Old_Zircon - 2018-08-28 I don't know if this is a dupe or if this is a different performance from the other one on here.
They were doing commercial jingle covers for years before Mike Patton joined.
Old_Zircon - 2018-08-28 To be honest, as much as I love anything Mike Patton touches I'd really like to hear Chuck Mosley do this, I think his voice would be even better suited for it.
