Had a hobo spider get in the house a few weeks ago, I was going to give it a pass except it decided to hide in the litter box, and I know my cat too well to expect that to end well. Sorry hobo, you had to gogo.
I haven't had to deal with hobo spiders and don't know much about them, so I looked them up and apparently most of the conventional wisdom about them being aggressive and dangerous has been dispelled.
Also "The males are rarely longer than 11 mm and have a swollen appendage that appears menacing, but is merely the hobo spider’s reproductive organs."
