This was at the 2019 "Overseas Chinese Spring Festival Gala" in Toronto.

I'm a white guy, but having had peripheral contact with Chinese culture in the last decade I was able to find a lot of this pretty funny. The Chrétien stuff wasn't funny to me, and it sounds like to the audience too.
