I'm confused by the rating system again. Are we making fun of this guy? Because the power slam seems a bit rough on the back, but all the other exercises seem pretty reasonable.
I'm not huge on crossfit, but this guy seems like a decent workout instructor to me.
Update, I just watched a second video, and bookmarked his channel, I'm with Exy, this dude rules.
This dude is totally legit and earns 5 stars.
Yeah, I'm not making fun of him, even though AFAICT his form is lacking, and he seems to have chosen too heavy of a rope for this intensity level, but he's calling himself out on that and seems like a cool guy. He's certainly motivated me to go all the way to fantasizing about thrashing ropes around.
I also enjoy the ambiguity throughout his videos of whether he's addressing the viewer or himself; it's like first-and-a-half person. I've heard of thirst person; I guess this would be fecund person.

5 for something to look into when my life is more stable.
Far as I can tell you can go buy 50' of generic 1.5" rope (or thicker if you're all muscly), wrap the ends with electrical tape, and loop it around somethin'. Which should save you some dollars. Finding a 25x10 foot space in which to jump around like a nutjob may be a challenge.
