So many good things, it seems to me Wataru's supposed to be their human son who must have changed into a Dog with an electronic voice. Heroic actions in a scene where no one appears to be in peril at the moment. Disco action music starting up.

I don't know if he's a Corgi, look at his bear style ears at 5 seconds, more of a Chow trait.
