There's so much in this short clip that are "jokes". Things that are like jokes, in the shape of a joke, maybe the initial idea of a joke... but aren't real jokes.

Like, Sandler falls down, shakes his breasts, then does an amazing soccer kick. All of these could be jokes if, for example, he fell down after boasting how great he was, or shook his breasts at an inappropriate moment, or made an amazing kick after everyone wrote him off. But no. They just happen, with no context to create a joke. Like someone saying "a chicken crossed the road to get across it" but never asking you why they would, it's part of a joke, but not sufficient for humor. Like someone took down quick notes from a comedy of "things that happen" and used it to write a script, but didn't actually know what makes anything funny.
